Description
HgCdTe detectors Liquid nitrogen cooling IR detectors, spectral range from 2 to 22 m. There are DMCT(x)-De and DMCT11-HS detectors for customer selextion. ◆DMCT(x)-De is the liquid nitrogen cooled detector. x-12/ 14/ 16/ 22, there are four Cut-off wavelengths, suitable for general measurement, must be working with preamplifier. ◆DMCT12-HS is the liquid nitrogen cooled high speed response detector, integrated preamplifier, response time is less than 50ns. ●Zolix provided re-focusing chamber (gold coating on all reflective optics) for liquid nitrogen cooled dewar to meet maximum throughput from Omni output slit to the detector.
●DMCT(x)-De series must work with preamplifier, ZPA-101 or ZPA-300 are recommended
●DMCT12-HS is the high speed response detector, 50MHz bandwidth preamplifier integrated, can be used for the IR time resolved measurement, also can be directly connected with Oscilloscopes. The active size diameter is 1mm, and the 0.5mm, 0.1mm as options. The smaller size, the faster response speed, up to 3.5ns
●The liquid nitrogen dewar holding time is around 8 hours
