The OPS-1000 is a high-speed 3D optical profiler for precision inspection and metrology, measuring complex surfaces with high sensitivity at up to 100,000 points per second. Operating at 1280–1340 nm with a 15 mm displayed range, ± 1 µm measurement repeatability and a 50 kHz A-line rate, it delivers fast, non-contact 3D surface characterization.
